Confirming the booking
Once you have choosen your Dreamhouse location you may either book directly with us online or over the phone. If you have any further questions about the apartments, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
If you are booking online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation detailing your stay with us along with a copy of our terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure that all of the details are correct as you will be asked to sign a copy of our terms and conditions on check in.
If you have called us to book an apartment, we will send you a quote and email you a booking form and terms and conditions to complete to confirm your stay with us. Subject to availability we can place the apartment on hold for you if required. Please ensure that you complete all of the details and sign it before sending it back so that we can send you a written confirmation.
Please note that as per our terms and conditions, we do require the cardholder and the card used for payment to be present on check in before we can release the keys for your apartment. If the cardholder will not be present on check in, please contact us and we can send the cardholder an authorization form to fill in and send back to us. Once we have received the completed forms, the guest can be checked in with a form of photographic identification instead.
Please note that we do not have reception desks in any of our locations as we prefer to personally meet you to check you into the apartment, show you around and answer any queries that you may have to ensure that you enjoy your stay with us.
As our representatives work across a number of locations in each city, please remember to call us in advance of your arrival so that we can ensure that someone will be at the building to check you in without delay.
In our London properties, we require at call at least two hour’s in advance to arrange a check in appointment, and for our other locations, we require at least one hour’s notice.If you do have an estimated arrival time prior to this, please let us know. You can contact the office to arrange this between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30, Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, and if you are calling out with these hours, please contact the representative for your location. These contact details can be found in your confirmation email, however you can also contact our duty manager on 07967557951 if you have any queries.
Our earliest check in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out is no later than 11am on the day of departure. We try to be flexible regarding check in and check out so please let us know if these times are unsuitable and depending on apartment availability, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.
