What’s to say? The Edinburgh festival is the largest arts festival in the world. It’s highly unlikely that you haven’t heard of it. For three weeks in August, Scotland’s capital is host to all manner of entertainment, and us lovely folk at Dreamhouse Apartments thought we’d shortlist a few for you…

 

The Fringe Festival is probably best known for its vast offering of comedy, it’s the Glastonbury of Giggles. There are free shows, paid shows and impromptu shows. We’re especially fond of Al Murray, Reginald D Hunter, Mark Thomas and The Notorious Mary Bourke. Obviously, this is just a drop in the ocean of laughs available.

 

Music-wise we’d suggest wandering around and stumbling upon acts. Many will be playing for free, others will command a minor entrance fee. Click for the list.
