National Museum of Scotland

The National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh is dedicated to the history, people and culture of Scotland. The museum, which is on Chambers Street, in central Edinburgh was opened in 1998, incorporating collections from the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland and Scottish items from the Royal Museum.  Admission is free.
