What is the difference between a serviced apartment and hotel accommodation?

Our 5 star standard serviced apartments offer you all of the comforts of an Edinburgh or Glasgow quality hotel accommodation whilst at the same time giving you the freedom and security of a home from home.
The main attractions of a serviced apartment rather than an Edinburgh or Glasgow hotels include spacious living accommodation, value for money and privacy during your stay. No quality hotels in AberdeenGlasgow or Edinburgh can match what we offer!

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Maestro. Please note that American Express attracts an additional administration charge.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay?

We have a minimum 2 night stay policy*, you can stay for as long as you wish.

*Events and busy periods may incur longer minimum stay retrictions.  Please always double check at the time of booking. 

Is parking available?

Edinburgh Rothesay - On Street paid parking only

Edinburgh Holyrood - Free underground secure parking for selected apartments (must be pre-arranged with the Dreamhouse office)

Edinburgh Tollcross - Free underground secure parking for selected apartments (must be pre-arranged with the Dreamhouse office)

Edinburgh The Gyle - Free private parking (one space per apartment)

Edinburgh Eglinton - On Street paid parking only

Glasgow Lynedoch - Free private parking available (one space per apartment)

Glasgow Matrix - Free underground secure parking for selected apartments (must be pre-arranged with the Dreamhouse office)

Glasgow Merchant City - Free underground secure parking for selected apartments (must be pre-arranged with the Dreamhouse office)

Please not that Dreamhouse cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your vehicle or belongings however this may be caused.

Is Internet access available?

Yes, all of the apartments are equipped for wireless Broadband connection, which is compatible with most laptops. Internet access and usage is free of charge.

What facilities are available in the apartments?

Apartments are fitted with all of the required appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave oven. All apartments are fitted with Wireless Broadband and direct dial telephones, DVD Player, televisions, free-view digital receiver, individually controlled heating systems, iron and ironing boards, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer as standard.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?

You should contact the office prior to arrival to arrange your personal check in (Tel: 0845 226 0232.)

Do we pay extra for children's places?

No, Children are most welcome at Dreamhouse. Travel cots and high chairs can be made available for very young children.  Z-beds can provided for older children (up to 12 years) for an extra charge.

Is it possible to agree corporate rates?

Yes, many of our returning corporate clients have rate agreements in place. We are happy to discuss rates and availability for both short term and long term corporate stays.  Please contact our office on 0845 226 0232.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check in is at 3pm on the day of arrival, Check out is before 11am on the day of departure. At all times we try to be flexible regarding departure and arrival dependant on availability.

Is Housekeeping available?

Yes, our dedicated housekeeping team take great care to ensure the apartment is maintained daily, Monday to Friday. Towels are refreshed daily and Bed linen is changed twice a week
